Position Summary
Manage the Receiving Team to execute the receiving and inventory control of different raw materials to ensure that they fulfill the specifications of the established customer requirements. Manage the Shipping Team to execute the packing and shipping process of PCB assemblies and raw materials, fulfilling the customer requirements as provided.

What you’ll do :
Generate job folders and Bins according to work instructions.
Execute the verification of the PCB and parts descriptions with the support of the written specifications (BOM) to guarantee the acceptable quality standards.
Inventory Received Parts and PCBs.
Update the internal Database system with : Parts, Boards, stencil and RMAs received.
Segregate the components into marked separate bags for easy identification (Resistors, Capacitors, Reels, IC, THHP, ICs, SMT Hand Place, Thru-Hole, Extra Parts).
Report all part errors, discrepancies and questions into the database.
Place all jobs with missing parts and other errors on properly identified “Hold” status.
Maintain communication with Client Services, Sales, Purchasing and the Production Technical Manager to resolve Inventory issues.
Confirm the quality of PCBs and parts to be packed and shipped.
Identify causes of common process problems and provide alternative solutions for resolving them.
Maintain a high level of skill and knowledge of customer base, products, processes and procedures.
Train, coach and mentor associates to ensure their success.
Screen and interview for positions.
Ensure employee reviews are done in a timely manner.
Process time sheet corrections and approve time sheets for payroll.
Handle scheduling of time off and overtime.
Drive team and process improvements based on customer / business partner feedback.

8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
