POSITION – General Labor

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift 1 : 30pm to 9 : 00pm

STARTING PAY – $20.44 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous work history showing reliability and commitment, Forklift experience is a plus

As a General Labor associate, you will be trained to support production needs and keep operations running smoothly. If you are dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with a company, this role is a great fit. You will also be assisting in the shipping department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general production and warehouse duties
• Learn company processes and follow training guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support team members and complete tasks as assigned
• Operate forklift
