Summary : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with a strong background in graphic design to support our marketing initiatives and event coordination efforts. This role will be instrumental in creating branded materials, supporting social media campaigns, and assisting with the planning and execution of internal and external events.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Marketing & Graphic Design :

• Design marketing collateral including flyers, social media graphics, email templates, event signage, and print materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Assist with maintaining brand consistency across all digital and print assets.
• Support content creation for social media, newsletters, and website updates.
• Collaborate with vendors, printers, and partners to produce and distribute marketing materials.

Schedule : This position is ON-SITE in our Fort Lauderdale office, with no remote / hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 8 : 30 am-5 : 30 pm
