Key Responsibilities of the role : Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications

• Post and reconcile daily cash receipts, ensuring payments are applied accurately to customer accounts and invoices.
• Assist with month-end close activities and contribute to reporting for the AR team.
• Monitor unapplied payments and collaborate with accounting staff to ensure proper coding of miscellaneous receipts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies by working with the AR / Credit team and customers.
• Prepare and maintain monthly compliance reports related to international sales and receipts.
• Support the Credit team in evaluating accounts and assisting with credit risk management.
• Perform other AR-related tasks as needed to support smooth financial operations.

Salary range : $52,000 - $56,000
