Overview

CHI Health Clinic is seeking a BE / BC Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician to join our well-established provider group in La Vista, Nebraska.

Opportunity Details :

• Outpatient only
• Inpatient services provided by respected hospitalist group
• Full specialty support
• 4 or 4.5 day work week (36 patient hours a week)
• EPIC EMR
• Limited telephone call only; including after hours nurse triage line
• Superb support staff of experienced providers nurses and administration
• Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine
