Are you in manufacturing and take pride in your work? Come work at Instrument Development Company in Mukwonago! This second shift position offers 10 hour days Monday - Thursday with a shift differential of $2.00.
We moved into our brand new facility with state of the art equipment in January of 2023. We offer a temperature controlled facility, onsite wellness coach and chiropractor, 401K match, Leadership training and development, and room for growth.
Pay is based on experience!
What you will be doing :
- Performing various operations of CNC Lathes
- learning proper care and use of different machines, materials, and equipment
- Utilizing precision measuring devices to verify conformance to specifications and tolerances
- Learning G&M codes
- Examining parts for defects on the surface
- Maintaining accuracy in production
- Completing all paperwork as required
