What Youll Own

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize display and paid social campaigns from start to finish
  • Maximize revenue through smart trafficking and programmatic inventory management
  • Ensure flawless execution aligned with contracts, media plans, and KPIs
  • Be the go-to for ad ops strategy, QA, and technical troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to get creatives live and performing
  • Implement third-party tags / pixels like a boss
  • Analyze performance and turn data into strategy
  • Recommend tools and tactics that push campaign results forward
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners—no detail gets past you
  • Jump into digital media and ad tech projects as they come

    • What You Bring to the Table

  • 4+ years in ad ops, paid social, or audience development (agency or publisher experience = gold)
  • Solid experience with Google Ad Manager 360, third-party tags, campaign reporting, and client comms
  • Bonus points for know-how in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Funnel, and Asana
  • Youre fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox—and working across teams
  • Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
