A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer- Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer communication and expectations while providing support via phone, email, and chat
Provide troubleshooting and debugging assistance for customer issues and act as a liaison to various teams
Escalate critical issues to the Technical Support Manager and participate in the on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in a related technical field
5 years of experience in enterprise software customer support and / or IT-related support
Proficient knowledge of Windows-based Desktop and Server OS, with Mac OS knowledge preferred
Strong dedication to customer care and team interaction skills
Ability to understand and analyze customer technical needs
