We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll bring clarity to complexity, shaping experiences that are both intuitive and impactful. Your work will influence how insurance professionals interact with knowledge every day, enabling them to spend less time buried in data and more time applying human judgment.

What you will do :

• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
• Define design strategy for Owl’s platforms, ensuring consistency and intuitive experiences.
• Create clear interfaces that make complex tasks simple.
• Conduct user research to inform product strategy and address real-world needs.
• Design explainable, accountable, and trustworthy experiences.
