UX / UI Designer

Job Type : Full-time, onsite in Dallas TX, $85K-$95K

We're seeking a talented UX / UI Designer to join a dynamic digital team. This role requires a balance of creativity and functionality, delivering intuitive, user-friendly designs for ecommerce websites and digital platforms.

Responsibilities :

  • Design Development : Create engaging, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize flows and improve conversion rates.
  • Design Implementation : Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently.
  • Brand Alignment : Ensure designs align with brand identity and accessibility standards.
  • Staying Current : Stay up-to-date with design trends, UI frameworks, and UX best practices.

Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience : 3+ years of UI / UX design experience, preferably in ecommerce or consumer products.
  • Design Tools : Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Portfolio : Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes.

    • Skills :

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with A / B testing and data-driven design decisions.
  • Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Background in consumer products, retail, or ecommerce.

    • Work Arrangement :

  • Hybrid work options are available for candidates in the Dallas area.
  • This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.
