Position Overview

KSL TV is seeking a dynamic investigative producer who is passionate about questioning those in power, holding government accountable, exposing corruption, helping consumers solve problems, and providing viewers with the information they need to be informed citizens. The ideal candidate will have experience with government records requests, data journalism, and media law. As a member of an award-winning team of KSL Investigators, the producer will be responsible for conceptualizing, researching and writing high-impact investigative stories that showcase exceptional storytelling, with a commitment to follow-ups. Successful candidates will set an example of professionalism in skill, attitude and commitment.

Note : Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.

• This position is a  hybrid  role that requires the employee to primarily work at our Salt Lake City site.

Compensation

$60,000 – $80,000. Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
