A company is looking for a Workday Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday Compensation configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests
Partner with Compensation and HR teams to design and enhance compensation processes, including merit cycles and bonus programs
Analyze compensation data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum three years of HRIS experience, with two years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience in Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
Workday certification in Compensation or Advanced Compensation preferred
Experience supporting compensation cycles in a corporate environment
Proficient in Workday Core HCM, reporting, and business process configuration
