Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n  - Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association

\n  - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association

\n  - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from American Heart Association

\n  - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within one year of hire

\n  - Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) required within one year of hire

\n  - Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required within one year of hire

\n  - NIH Stroke Scale must be completed within 6 months of hire

\n  - Emergency Severity Index Level 5 within 3 months of hire

\n  - Patient Sitter Competency Training upon hire

This JCAHO accredited health center serves a 4,400 square mile area and functions as a referral center for the western part of the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. The 73-bed facility was constructed in 1975 and provides comprehensive healthcare services including inpatient / outpatient emergency services, dental and ophthalmology services, orthopedics, OB / GYN, oral surgery, eye surgery, and urological procedures. Approximately 49% of surgeries performed are outpatient / ambulatory procedures. The facility maintains a diverse medical staff including surgeons, specialists, and comprehensive nursing teams to serve the community's healthcare needs.
