Front End Lead

The Front End Lead is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. He / She ensures the front end operates at maximum efficiency and assists the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager in achieving productivity goals while maintaining superior guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests as they enter the area.
- Assist in managing all Service Counter functions.
- Supervise and ensure proper checking and bagging techniques.
- Ensure all guests are taken care of during entrance and exit.
- Manage front end flowchart to schedule breaks and send home team members on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the front-end area, including check stands, floors, exterior front of store, parking lot, etc.
- Assist with overall guest and team member safety.
- Perform other duties as requested or required by management.
