Current Michigan Registered Nurse license Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, healthcare admin required Master's degree preferred Four or more years of leadership experience Demonstrated administrative and supervisory ability. Collaborates with MPN Managers and cross-functional teams to lead initiatives focused on : Process and policy standardization across medical practices Maximizing pay-for-performance incentives from both commercial and government payers Partners with medical practice leadership to : Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization Implement improvements in collaboration with technical, revenue cycle, and performance improvement teams Supports efforts to enhance billing processes, with a focus on : Annual wellness care visits Care management services Continuously seeks to eliminate waste and improve efficiency through process evaluation and redesign
