Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse Medical Surgical at LanceSoft, Inc. located in Nashville, TN. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Additional responsibilities include assessing patient health, implementing care plans, and utilizing critical thinking skills to make informed clinical decisions. The Registered Nurse will also play a key role in patient education and support.

• Medicine and Telemetry knowledge
• Critical Thinking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Previous medical-surgical nursing experience is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
