Seeking a full-time BC / BE Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established practice in Des Moines, Iowa.

Details :

• Meeting the needs of the community by expanding the practice to include three Internal Medicine providers
• Shared single entrance and waiting area with Family Medicine with dedicated Internal Medicine exam room and physician work-space
• 36 patient contact hours / week
• 100% Outpatient
• Equitable Call
• Chronic care coordination team, behavioral health support services
• On-site X-ray and lab services
