28k / yr ED volume

22 bed ED

24 hours / day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)

36 hours / day of APP coverage

Full-Time Employee (FTE) or Independent Contractor (IC)

Organization :

May be contracted as W2 w / benefits or 1099 independent contractor w / guaranteed shifts

1099- $230 / hr

W2- $220 / hr

Additional $10 / hour would be added for candidates interested in working all night shifts

W2 positions offer :

Health / Dental / Vision (w / HSA)

$250k group life policy

401k w / company contribution

$3000 CME
