LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Suffolk County to fill an Accounts Receivable Specialist Opportunity. This is a Direct Hire position and will pay $30 an hour. Onsite Monday-Friday.

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitoring overdue accounts
• Collecting unpaid invoices
• Customer communication regarding payments
• Issuing credits (when approved)
• Applying payments and preparing bank deposits
• Investigating short payments
• Reporting collection activity and AR status
• This suggests a standard AR workflow involving invoice tracking, payment application, and collections.
