What We're Looking For :
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.

- Construction experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate!
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Physical Requirements :
- Work indoors and outdoors, often in challenging conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Use of personal protective equipment as needed.
