About the Role :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client’s team near Mundelein, Illinois. This is a fully on-site position where your expertise in AR will help drive accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do :

Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies with professionalism and urgency

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and timely resolution of issues

Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies

Utilize ERP systems to manage transactions and reporting (experience with systems like SAP, NetSuite, or similar is a plus)

What You Bring :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on AR experience in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices

Experience with ERP systems (preferred but not required)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

A team-first attitude and a proactive approach to challenges

Additional Details :

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Location : Fully On-Site – Mundelein, IL

Experience Required : 3+ years in Accounts Receivable

ERP Experience : Preferred

Compensation : $55,000 – $63,000 base salary, depending on experience
