Summary / Objective : We are seeking a results-driven Director of Business Process Improvement to lead the implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation. This role will be responsible for designing and executing a strategic roadmap for process optimization, leveraging modern technologies, such as automation and AI platforms, to drive measurable improvements across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Process Strategy

• Identify high-impact areas for transformation and prioritize initiatives based on ROI, scalability, and stakeholder value
• With input from executive management, develop and implement an enterprise-wide process improvement roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives

Technology Enablement

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related work experience

Experience : At least 7+ years’ experience in :

Competencies :

Supervisory Responsibilities : This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Travel : Approximately less than 15% of travel is expected.
