We’re hiring a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator to join a reputable manufacturing company based in La Porte, TX . This is a hands-on role where you'll program and operate CNC Wire EDM and mill machines to create high-precision components. You’ll work in a clean, well-organized environment where quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement are deeply valued.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for Wire EDM and milling equipment.
• Set up, adjust, and operate machines to complete complex machining operations.
• Use CAD files and drawings to create accurate tool paths and programming.
• Perform advanced setups involving contour milling, boring, threading, and drilling.
• Work with the Fabrication Manager to manage workflow and meet production timelines.
• Conduct in-process inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Maintain program files, tooling, and equipment for peak performance.
• Ensure programming software (Mastercam Mill Level 3 and Esprit) is up to date and functioning efficiently.
• Recommend process improvements and cost-saving solutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
