Senior Graphic Designer

Real Chemistry is a global health innovation company with offices across Europe and the US. We seek a Senior Graphic Designer (SGD) to transform medical content and educational material into visually engaging, professional, electronic and print deliverables. The SGD collaborates with teams to plan, analyze, organize, and execute projects, delivering breakthrough creativity while meeting deadlines. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco, or remote within the US depending on team and business needs.

What you’ll do

• Create, design and enhance marketing and / or scientific materials according to project specifications for electronic and print deliverables
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Maintain personal project production schedules and track multiple projects daily
• Collaborate with Medical and / or Project Lead on deliverable enhancements
• Organize information effectively and convey data through infographics, charts, graphs, maps, tables, and text
• Apply critical thinking and storytelling expertise
• Track project hours according to budget
• Stay current with technologies including iPad and cross‑platform compatibility
• Other duties as assigned by leadership as business needs require

Qualifications

Pay Range : $70,000–$80,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on job‑related, nondiscriminatory factors including experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
