The job : As the Senior General Manager Restaurants, you'll provide operational leadership for a group of restaurant General Managers and their teams across a variety of dining conceptsfrom quick service to casual and fine dining. You'll work closely with our property food and beverage leadership to ensure each venue delivers operational excellence, financial performance, and a world-class guest experience across all venues.
The starting salary : $100K annual base
The schedule : Generally work a swing shift, come in midday / late afternoon until evening / late evenings, with flexibility based on business or event needs.
The day-to-day : Oversee the operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring alignment with brand standards, financial goals, and guest satisfaction objectives. Providing hands-on leadership to support and guide General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and restaurant teams in their day-to-day operations. Leading business strategy across outletsincluding labor optimization, inventory control, and reservation performancewhile maintaining a strong presence on the restaurant floors. Analyzing and responding to financial performance, including P&L reviews, beverage cost management, and developing action plans to improve key metrics. Supporting the execution of company initiatives and programs while partnering closely with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service experiences. Creating a positive, collaborative work environment that fosters team development, recognition, and accountability.
The ideal candidate : Must be at least 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of prior relevant experience as a General Manager of restaurants. Prior experience managing large scale operations for multiple restaurants, venues or outlets within a Food & Beverage setting preferred.

The pay range for this role is : $67,200.00 - $89,600.00
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan. Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
