The ideal candidate will have clerical and customer service experience and be comfortable handling office equipment such as copiers and mail machines. This role involves performing essential administrative tasks, ensuring accurate mail processing, and maintaining smooth communication within the office. Key Responsibilities : Perform date stamping, copying, scanning, and email communication using Outlook. Operate copier and mail machines to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintain organization and accuracy in daily clerical tasks. Provide excellent customer service and support to internal staff. Ensure timely distribution of mail and documents throughout the office. Assist with general administrative duties as required. Required Qualifications : Previous clerical or administrative support experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
