Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a global team of Customer Success Managers to drive exceptional customer experiences and outcomes
Manage key enterprise accounts to ensure adoption, expansion, and executive alignment
Develop scalable customer success programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent value
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS, including 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven track record of driving retention and expansion in complex, enterprise-level accounts
Strong experience with Salesforce and CS automation tools
Strategic mindset with a balance of data-driven decision-making and human-centered leadership
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve cohesive customer outcomes
