Junior Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Consultant to join our team. This role involves managing grant payments, monitoring grant activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in grants management, strong administrative skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with state, federal, and local officials.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process grant payments while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Monitor and track grant activities, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to contract requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including government agencies and community partners.
• Prepare, upload, and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and partners.
• Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in emergency management efforts, with a willingness to deploy before and after storms as needed.
