• Utilize the Medication Administration Record to administer medications and treatments to patients\n
• Document medication administration and manage controlled substance counts during shift\n
• Complete patient assessments and provide patient monitoring as indicated.\n
• Document in an accurate and timely manner.\n
• Coordinate with the treatment team\n
• Follow policies and procedures while providing care\n\nQualifications : \n
• Registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Utah.\n
