Position Overview
Leverage Homes is where this role will focus : a real estate private equity firm backed by Leverage Companies, a national investment group on a mission to create millionaires through real estate. As a fund manager and operator, our team has executed over $4 billion in real estate transactions and is on pace to deploy $800 million in capital across our debt and equity platforms in 2025 targeting SFR and small to mid-cap multifamily assets.As an Acquisitions Analyst, you will be fully embedded in the Leverage Homes investment ecosystem underwriting high volumes of real estate opportunities across New Jersey and participating directly in our Investment Committee (IC) process. Underwrite 25+ real estate investment opportunities per dayAnalyze SFR, small multifamily, land, and mixed-use assetsIdentify IC-worthy deals based on profit thresholdsRecommend appropriate exit strategies : fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, novation, wholesaleSubmit clean deal packages into Investment CommitteeMaintain full CRM compliance with daily reportingDevelop deep market expertise in your assigned territoryCollaborate with and co-manage a team of 12+Participate in daily live deal discussions and IC syncsPathway to leadership : promotion to VP with market ownership and revenue accountabilityQualifications

The pay range for this role is :
$85,000 – $90,000 per year (50 Park Place)
