NMLS Licensed Home Equity Specialist

A company is looking for a Home Equity Lending Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist home equity loan applicants by providing information on suitable loan products and gathering required documentation

Underwrite home equity applications to ensure compliance with program guidelines and assess risk

Communicate loan status updates to members and provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications :

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required

Minimum of 1 year of direct lending experience within a financial organization is required

Prior sales experience is required

Ability to obtain and maintain a NMLS Identifier Number is required
