Summary :

Assists physicians and other health care professionals with a variety of patient and site support activities to facilitate nursing care and to improve the delivery of quality patient services under the direct supervision of a licensed practitioner (M.D. or D.O).

AHCA Level II Required

Education :

Essential : Tech / Trade Certification High School Diploma or GED Tech / Trade Certification

Education specialization : Essential : Medical Assistant Emergency Medical Technician

Experience :

Credentials : Essential : Basic Life Support

Education equivalent experience : Essential : Or 2 years on the job validated training. Or 2 years on the job validated training.
