Cases are basic assistance type - ADLs / Running errands / Doctors appointments with patient.

Responsibilities for this job will include :

• Deliver high quality, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in the patients health status
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the care plan is completed correctly
• Foster positive relationships through empathetic and supportive interactions

Pay rates :

Pay rates range anywhere from $16-$25 / hour. Pay rates are competitive! Based on qualifications / certifications / experience and availability for work.
