GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. This is a freelance role for a project, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects as an AI Tutor in ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Review pre-generated intents and transform them into a logical sequence of agent steps
- Define a test case : dialogue flow (user request, intermediate steps, agent\'s final response)
- Create a Golden Path : the optimal sequence of tools the agent should invoke
- Write User Agent instructions to ensure consistent and correct automated behavior
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or any relevant areaMinimum of 3 years of professional experienceAdvanced English (C1) or higherExperience setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automationExperience managing groups, roles, and permissionsConfiguring multiple departments or business units within a single ServiceNow instance (multi-brand / multi-department setup)Willingness to learn new methods, ability to switch between tasks quickly, and capability to work with challenging, complex guidelinesFully remote freelance role; you need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasmBenefits
