A company is looking for an After Hours Support Manager to oversee evening operations and support in elder care.
Key Responsibilities
Answer calls from caregivers, clients, and professionals, addressing inquiries and issues professionally
Provide support during scheduled shifts on Wednesday and Saturday nights, with occasional coverage for other shifts
Demonstrate a commitment to customer experience and service excellence in all interactions
Required Qualifications
Must reside within a commutable distance to the Framingham, MA office for occasional trainings and events
At least 1 year of administrative experience in health care, elder care, or human services
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
Prior experience in a remote working environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
