Job Title : Production Associate – Night Shift

Location : Nampa, Idaho

Pay : $17.60 / hr

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Production Associates to join our growing team across multiple shifts, including 1st, A, C, D, and 2nd shifts. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude— no prior experience required , as full training will be provided.

We welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including electronics manufacturing, retail, fast food, and general production .

Key Responsibilities

• Support production operations to meet customer deadlines.
• Perform tasks such as testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.
• Follow detailed instructions for routine assignments.
• Use basic computer programs including Excel and Outlook.
• Lift and assemble parts while maintaining quality and meeting production metrics.
• Operate within established policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.60 / hr.
