Requirements :

  • Must have some experience and knowledge automotive field.
  • At least two years of experience.
  • Must have computer skills.
  • Very organized and works well with others.
  • Generating service cost estimates for customers.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Facilitating effective communication between customers and technicians.
  • Monitoring and overseeing vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Handling billing transactions and manage financial records.
  • Explain the necessity of repairs, provide cost estimates, and coordinate the repair schedule.
  • Keep a professional appearance, and great customer service.
  • Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
