  • Insurance Knowledge : Experience working with insurance claims or a willingness to learn how to assist homeowners in navigating the process of storm damage restoration.
  • Leadership Potential : If you have experience in sales management or leadership, there are opportunities for growth into roles like Field Trainer or Sales Manager .
  • Positive Attitude & Energy : We’re looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic team players who inspire others.
