As a RN - Registered Nurse, you will carry out our Mission of Love by assuring care of our geriatric residents is provided in a caring, timely and appropriate manner.
Our RN - Registered Nurse is responsible for the following :
Demonstrate ability to effectively anticipate and identify problems, issues and opportunities; analyze their implications; and make appropriate and timely decisions based on such analyses.Demonstrates the ability to participate in geriatric resident / family teaching with appropriate documentation in order to promote optimal physical, emotional and spiritual well being.Communicates effectively, assertively and in a non-aggressive manner. Maintains confidentiality of staff and residents. Establishes and maintains collaborative communications with physicians, other health care professionals and facility departments.Maintains standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the facility and nursing departmentWhat You Have as a qualified RN :
Graduation from as accredited School of Nursing (Registered Nurse)Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing required.CPR certification prior to or upon employmentPrevious leadership experience preferred but not essential.
