Key Responsibilities
Handle 100 inbound / outbound phone calls daily to assist customers
Document all interactions accurately in the relevant database
Research and resolve complex customer issues across multiple databases
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience in a high-volume call environment
1+ years of customer service experience
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
