Finish Carpenter Entry Level | Contract-to-Hire

Our client is a leading builder with over 25 trim crews delivering high-quality craftsmanship across Minnesota. We're hiring two entry-level finish carpenters to join our growing team. No formal carpentry experience requiredjust a strong work ethic and interest in construction.

What You'll Do

• Begin with a three-day hands-on training in Montrose.
• Learn to cut, measure, and install trim, baseboards, casings, door frames, railings, and crown molding.
• Work in crews of four to five on commercial new construction sites.
• Transport materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.20 / hr.
