Job Summary : Escrow Processor

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Escrow Processor who will provide centralized clerical support for residential escrow transactions for our client, focusing on document processing for escrow openings and closings. This role supports high-volume paperwork and ensures accuracy and compliance with escrow procedures and regulations. Communication is primarily internal, supporting escrow Branches rather than direct customer interaction.

Location : Phoenix, AZ 85037

Position Type : On-site, Full-Time

Compensation : Pay Rate : $19.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities :

Process and manage documents related to the initiation and closing of residential escrows

Support escrow Branches by relieving them of high-volume clerical tasks

Ensure all documentation complies with escrow procedures and applicable regulations

Assist with escrow openings and closings

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of escrow files

Communicate instructions and updates to internal escrow teams

Qualifications :

Preferred : 1–2 years of escrow processing experience

Familiarity with escrow procedures and regulatory requirements

Willingness to train and learn on the job

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and make decisions

Flexible and self-motivated
