Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand the Worker Management System and provide professional support to customers
Resolve complex customer issues and prioritize customer needs through various communication channels
Record interactions in SalesForce and support internal departments while ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Call center experience is a plus
Working knowledge of PC and related applications
A willingness to learn online software systems
Ability to adapt and work under stress
