This role manages and edits donor-facing communications, including direct mail, digital campaign, and impact storytelling ensuring alignment with ministry style and brand standards. Responsibilities include editing vendor content, capturing and curating stories through interviews, and maintaining a testimony archive. The role collaborates closely with the program manager, philanthropy team and partner services to deliver consistent, mission driven messaging that engages donors with excellence.

The ideal candidate has a strong Christian faith and will enjoy playing a vital role in supporting our global Christian ministry dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel to the Jew first, growing the Messianic movement, and engaging the Church concerning Israel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Review, edit, and approve copy for fundraising content (direct mail, emails, storytelling, etc.) written by the external vendor, ensuring accuracy, clarity, donor resonance, and adherence to the ministry style guide.
  • Ensure brand and style guide standards are adhered to across donor communications.
  • Maintain excellence in storytelling by ensuring narratives highlight impact, mission and donor value.
  • Assist in setting fundraising strategies, goals and campaign themes both internally and with vendor(s).
  • Interview outreach workers remotely to gather stories of miracles, salvations, and life transformation; compile into resource documents for broader ministry use.
  • Collaborate with the Philanthropy Department to align storytelling with donor strategy, particularly for mid- and major-donor communications.
  • Partner with Program Manager overseeing vendor relationships to coordinate content development, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide the Partner Services Department with story-driven content for partner engagement.
  • Facilitate and manage cross-departmental review processes for each campaign and overall communication performance to inform continuous improvement.
  • Recommend and implement process improvement (e.g. streamline, add automation, eliminate redundancies, reduce cost, number hand-offs between roles, etc.) and incorporate into workflow instructions and SOP revisions.
