Shift : Monday – Thursday | 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM, with OT as required

Job Description :

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Press Brake Operator Helper to support operations on a 40’ brake press. This role involves assisting the Press Brake Operator to ensure efficient production, quality, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting Operations : Help the Press Brake Operator set up and operate the press brake machine, including loading and unloading materials.
• Material Handling : Move and organize raw materials and finished products; heavy lifting is required.
• Quality Control : Accurately mark parts for bends, monitor production, and report any defects or issues to the operator.
• Maintenance Support : Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of the press brake machine to ensure optimal performance.
• Documentation : Keep accurate records of production quantities, materials used, and any process issues.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Candidates will be evaluated on tape measure skills and accuracy in marking parts prior to hiring.
