Job Description :
Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Press Brake Operator Helper to support operations on a 40’ brake press. This role involves assisting the Press Brake Operator to ensure efficient production, quality, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting Operations : Help the Press Brake Operator set up and operate the press brake machine, including loading and unloading materials.
- Material Handling : Move and organize raw materials and finished products; heavy lifting is required.
- Quality Control : Accurately mark parts for bends, monitor production, and report any defects or issues to the operator.
- Maintenance Support : Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of the press brake machine to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation : Keep accurate records of production quantities, materials used, and any process issues.
- Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements :
Ability to read a tape measure quickly and accurately.Physical stamina for heavy lifting and sustained activity.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication is preferred.Willingness to work the day shift : 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM.Testing :
Candidates will be evaluated on tape measure skills and accuracy in marking parts prior to hiring.
