Business Process Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Specialist to join a newly structured team focused on improving operational workflows across membership, events, and chapter support functions. This individual will play a key role in standardizing processes, leading cross-functional projects, and enhancing both internal efficiency and member-facing experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze current operational workflows to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Document and map processes using relevant tools to create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and support digital transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process adoption and training
- Leverage data to monitor performance metrics and inform future improvements
- Support evaluation and implementation of tools or platforms to enhance automation
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and association policies
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required35 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvementStrong background with CRM platformsExceptional communication and project coordination skillsComfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentExperience with nonprofit, membership-based, or association organizations preferredFamiliarity with tools such as CVENT and HubSpot a plusStrong proficiency with process mapping and data analysis toolsAdditional Details :
