Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and improve call queue performance to reduce extended patient hold times and call disconnects
Utilize Clearspan OpEasy tools to generate actionable insights and improve system performance
Identify and resolve issues affecting fax transmissions across the network
Diagnose and fix problems related to handsets and gatekeeper phone systems
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience with Clearspan VoIP systems
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with call queue management and reporting tools
Experience resolving fax and handset-related issues
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
