Physician Referral Liaison for IL and WI – Join a Team That’s Redefining Healthcare

The regional outreach liaison helps ADVENT develop and nurture external relationships in support of new patient referral growth. The regional outreach liaison will be the principal ambassador for the company, addressing external audiences, engaging with industry influencers and attending public events to share the company’s vision, value proposition and our plans to achieve our mission.
What you will contribute :
- Develop strategies to drive new patient referrals and expand ADVENT's footprint within the local medical community
- Organize and attend community outreach programs and coordinate special events
- Draft and distribute communications that promote the company as well as individuals and groups within it
- Respond to inquiries from community members
- Build and promote cross-functional relationships within the company. Work with Clinic Physicians to build local outreach professional connections
- Help support public publicity events and PR opportunities
- Manage local social media content and virtual groups to enhance the company’s online profile
What you bring to ADVENT :
5 years of experience in physician relationship management (pharma / med device sales, liaison, etc.), community relations, partnership development or related fieldsBachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with tact, kindness, and professionalismProficiency with work productivity software or similar writing and presentation software preferredStrong professional presence and business acumen along with ability to work autonomouslyExcellent time management skills and initiative to meet deadlinesExcellent skills in typical office applications, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelFrequent daily travel will be required. Valid Driver’s License requiredMust live in Illinois or WisconsinWhy ADVENT?
