Cancer Care Specialist - Patient Navigator

Cancer care is a highly specialized field that requires compassionate professionals who can provide exceptional patient navigation. As an Oncology Nurse Navigator RN, you will play a vital role in guiding patients and their families through the complex healthcare system.

Key responsibilities include facilitating seamless transitions during each phase of the patient's care journey, delivering disease-specific education, and connecting patients with pertinent resources. You will also work closely with the patient / family physician and clinical team to ensure comprehensive care throughout all phases of the care continuum.

Required qualifications include :

• A degree from an accredited nursing school
• A Texas Registered Nurse License
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Within one year of hire date : National certification in oncology nursing
• At least five years of experience as a registered nurse
