Your role
The OT Remediation Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing global phases of the OT Remediation program on behalf of the Global Operations department. The role involves managing smaller to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to meet project goals, and will need a unique blend of leadership and technical expertise.
What you’ll do
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and risk management plans.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct project evaluations and assess results to ensure alignment with expectations and standards.
- Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance.
- Support Operations PMO in larger, complex projects as needed.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.2-5 years of project management experience, preferably within data centers specifically BMS / EPMS / PLC systems, IT infrastructure, or similar industries.Proficiency in project management software (., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
